NOVA Jiu Jitsu was founded in 2009, making it one of the most senior and well established gyms in Rochester. Under the leadership of 3rd Degree Blackbelt Jason Plaisted, NOVA has an elite team of coaches, bringing more than 50 years of experience to the mats.

PROFESSOR ROY HARRIS
Nova Jiu Jitsu is a Roy Harris affiliate. Professor Harris earned his black belt in 1998 and currently holds the rank of Coral Belt 7th degree.
